Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

• Custom or personalized pieces cannot be refunded or replaced.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped yet.
